REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. However, please note that we accept returns for refunds or exchanges for any products that were damaged through the shipping process. To be eligible for this, we will need you to contact us within the first 7 days upon receiving any of ANGEL333ONLINE products and share images along with a description of the damaged good so we can do our due diligence and check internally. Once we get confirmation on this, we will then proceed to ship out a replacement product if available. In the event that a replacement product is unavailable, ANGEL333ONLINE will provide our customers with a refund of 50% based on what they paid for the product. Do take note that this is judged on a case to case basis.

SHIPPING DETAILS

ANGEL333ONLINE is based in Manila, Philippines and will be partnering with DHL Express International Shipping services to ship our products to our customers. For our international customers, you may track your shipping status through a tracking number that will be provided for you. As for our local customers, we will work with a local courier to ship our products.

PAYMENT METHODS

ANGEL333ONLINE will only accept Paypal as a payment method. For future collections, other payment methods will be available.
